I offer one to one coaching, whether by telephone or face to face (and I’ll come to you!), so you have more time to do what you want to do.  You may want to improve your interpersonal skills or management style, or may have a specific problem you need to solve, but you don’t have the time or money to attend a formal management training course?  It may be that you know what you need to do, but don’t know how or find difficulty in getting it done? You may be facing up to the uncertainties of a new role, or to the isolation of being the boss?

Coaching is based on learning, but not teaching, on changing, but not being changed. Skilled questioning and listening helps you to find your own solutions to what is, after all, your issue. Above all, the aim of coaching is to achieve your desired goal(s).
