How I Workimage

My initial visit is free of charge, where I will spend time getting to know you and your organisation and advise on whether your current people management documentation and practices are legally compliant and fair.  Alternatively, if you are a start-up company, I will advise on what you need to put in place to begin with.

If through our discussions, I find you have a requirement that warrants a specialism that is not my particular forte, I have several associates that I can call on to assist you.

I can provide as much or as little support as you need and tailor my services to meet your preferred style of working.

I understand that micro businesses have small budgets and would prefer to contact us as the need arises, so for these clients, I offer a fully flexible pay as you go service that is billed monthly in arrears.  This means that you only pay for the services you use and there is no expected monthly commitment. 

For small businesses with 10+ employees, I would recommend my performance improvement packages and I offer 2 options to suit your needs and budget.  These services are provided on a 12 month basis.  These include my usual services but in addition, a performance management system designed and monitored to help you get the best out of your people and hence, improve your bottom line.
