My initial visit is free of charge, where I will spend time getting to know you and your organisation and advise on whether your current people management documentation and practices are legally compliant and fair.  Alternatively, if you are a start-up company, I will advise on what you need to put in place to begin with.

If through our discussions, I find you have a requirement that warrants a specialism that is not my particular forte, I will be honest with you and refer you to recommended suppliers where possible.

I can provide as much or as little support as you need and tailor my services to meet your preferred style of working.
For small but ambitious businesses with 10+ employees, I would recommend my performance improvement packages and I offer 2 options to suit your needs and budget.  These services are provided on a 12 month basis.  These include my advisory, training and coaching services but in addition, a performance management system designed and monitored to help you get the best out of your people and hence, improve your bottom line.

Or if you have 5+ employees and are satisfied with employee performance, I can offer other packages to suit your circumstances.
